Sweetwater Creek Campground

Located near Canton (off Highway 20/Knox Bridge Highway), Sweetwater Creek Campground has 151 campsites. 107 of these sites have electric and water hookups. The campground opens in March/April and closes in early September. It is managed by the Army Corps of Engineers.

Rules

  • A maximum of 3 cars/6 people per campsite and a maximum of 6 visitors in addition to the registered camping party
  • The gates are locked at 10:30pm and re-opened at 7am
  • Check in time is 4pm or later and checkout time is 3pm
  • Two pets are allowed, but certain restrictions apply

Reservations

Some sites can be reserved. Reservations should be made at least three days in advance by calling 877-444-6777 or visiting www.recreation.gov. There is a two night minimum for weekends and a three night minimum for holidays. The maximum length of stay is 14days. Other sites are available on a first come, first serve basis.

 So i have a couple of quick questions, how much for one night and it says in the rule part you can have up to 6 people on a capmsite but can also have 6 guest so your allowed to have a totally of 12 people for one night???
