How Much Does a Home on Lake Allatoona Cost?

Homes on the lake with a dock start at around $600,000.  From there the answer depends very much on the quality of home's access to the lake. Important questions include:

  • Does it have a large boat dock?
  • Does it have deep water under the dock?
  • Is it an easy walk from the house to the lakefront?
A home also has more value if it close to I-75 and Atlanta. Homes at the southern end of the lake tend to be more expensive.

If you want a house that isn't on the lake but is close to it, you won't find yourself paying much more than anywhere else in the area. Being on the lake is where the value is.

How Much Does a Lot on Lake Allatoona Cost?

The same criteria applies to lots as it does to exisiting houses. Lots generally sell from $300,000 and upwards.
