Lake Allatoona Kayaking

Lake Allatoona is a great place to kayak.

The lake itself is over 30 miles long with 12,000 acres of water. The lake is fed by the Etowah and Coosa rivers and you can kayak from the lake's dam all the way to the city of Rome.

The river is for the most part is a floating experience with a few class 1 rapids.
